Loneliness

Loneliness is a state of feeling cut off from and longing for others, due to lack of contact (physically, emotionally, etc.) with people (whether acquaintances, friends, or loved ones). Loneliness is not to be confused with solitude (where a person may appreciate the time to think and reflect without distraction). It is the state of being alone in solitary isolation. It means the forlornness i.e. sadness resulting from being forsaken or abandoned. It may also be the state of loneliness i.e. a disposition toward being alone.

Pray that your loneliness may spur you into finding something to live for.

Group Shoot

Phew, what a mad rush this shoot was. TAFE sent me an unexpected

TXT of all things wanting all their costumes back. So, because I was

only part way through the shoot I spent all of Friday evening organising

models and props to try and at least get the tea party and group shots

done.

Everyone was fantastic. The models and Sonya all rallied around to

help me out. The entire day was rushed and I was panic stricken all day.

We were shooting well into the night and the dark.

Credit to everyone who helped out on the day.

Found our Mad Hatter

Okay, who doesn’t think Alexander Skarsgard (Eric Northam off True Blood) isn’t cute. I could look at him all day.

But, sorry he’s not our mad hatter just thought anyone following this who is female might like a bit of eye candy.

This picture has been done through a site called FaceinHOLE.com. It didn’t work that great so I added some touches to it.

Our Mad Hatter is a young guy very enthusiastic and very available. I met him through a previous 9 - 5 job where I had already asked him to do some modelling for me. I had nothing until now but, he is very cute and a local. I hope to wrap up all the shooting by the end of May and will start piecing it all together properly for you asap.

The make up on our Cheshire Cat

How amazing is the make up on our cat. Some people may think being a model is glamourous and your made to feel like a princess having your hair and make up done but, that is not always the case. Our poor Cheshire Cat was given some extremely long and glittery eyelashes to wear but, the glue that was used to put them on made Ashlee’s eyes sting the entire time that she had to wear them. We had to constantly pat away all the tears from hers eyes watering so, although they looked great there was a price to pay.

There was another catch too....... to get the best effect from the make up Ashlee had to really open her eyes wide for the shots, and that too is not an easy thing to do for a few hours of shooting. So, I'd like to say "Ashlee, really did an amazing job, thank you"

Melissa Thompson did the make up on our three girls that day and she really knows what she’s doing, as you can see her on Ashlee she looked great. Melissa is a professional make up artist and knows how to apply the make up for photography as there really is a technique involved with that. Melissa woks from home and uses the beautiful Atelier make up. The make up is so beautiful to work with and is highly pigmented so that you know if you are putting on blue that's exactly what you get. The foundations give a flawless finish making much less work for me in post production. Melissa's details are on my website. www.corimages.com.au
